Festival Hub

If you’re looking for a quick beverage or snack, a place to kick back and recharge (either your brain or device), or a spot to cross paths with other industry guests, please stop by our Festival Hub at the Kingston Marriott, third floor/Easton Room (285 King Street E.). Our Hub will also have staff on site, happy to answer your questions or provide recommendations.

TICKETS

With the INDUSTRY PASS, you can claim “same day tickets” at KCFF26. So, on the day of the screening/event you would like to attend, simply visit our Festival Hub or our Festival Box Office (lower level of The Screening Room, 120 Princess St.), show your pass, and collect a ticket. Easy!

• Please remember your pass is not your ticket; you must use your pass to collect a ticket.
• While we hold back seats for passholders, our theatres are small and admission is not guaranteed.
• Tickets will be issued to passholders first-come first-served.
• Each passholder may collect a maximum of one ticket per screening/event and for personal use only.
• Passes are non-transferable; box office staff may request ID.
• All passholders must adhere to our KCFF Code of Conduct.

Parties and Receptions

In addition to same-day tickets, your pass will get you into our receptions and parties – simply show your pass upon entry. While we generally admit everyone, admission is first-come first-served for the receptions/parties (if we hit capacity). Details on Receptions + Parties below! 

OPENING NIGHT GALA
Wednesday, February 25

The opening night reception takes place right after the screening of YOUNGBLOOD at 9:30 pm. Your pass will get you into the reception. As per our policy, a ticket is required to see the film! Reception comes with complimentary drinks + apps!

SOUND TO SCREEN MIXER

MIX & MINGLE

Mayla Concept (Bar Mayla and Le Jardin) provides the perfect backdrop for mixing and mingling with visiting filmmakers and Festival friends over some tasty fare. This event is open to pass holders and invited guests (pending capacity) and includes complimentary drinks and appetizers.

SLAIGHT MUSIC VIDEO PROGRAM + AFTERPARTY
Saturday, February 28
Show: 7:30
Afterparty: 9-ish
Grand Theatre / 218 Princess St.

Your pass grants access to both the showcase and afterparty (no ticket required!). Stop by the Music Office desk in the walkway of the Grand Theatre to grab your ticket, then head into the theatre using the KCFF door (last one on the left – look for the blue-shirted volunteers) and show your ticket to staff who will check you in. We have complimentary apps provided by our buds at Otter Creek! Please note you can just arrive for the party if you prefer (you do not have to attend the screening, though these new music videos will be pretty cool).

KCFF26 AWARDS RECEPTION
Sunday, March 1
6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Broom Factory / 305 Rideau St.

The event will celebrate the “Best of the Fest” and also be a chance to mix and mingle with other attendees and filmmakers. There will be complimentary apps and drinks. Your pass grants you access, but is first-come first-served based on capacity. For guaranteed admission, you can register in advance; alternatively, send us an email and we can just add you to the list!
