March 3-13, 2022

Kingston Canadian Film Festival

Experience the Festival in theatres, from home …or both!

Despite turning 22, this season marks the very first hybrid edition of the Kingston Canadian Film Festival!  From March 3-13, you can attend in-person, digitally, or both; you can travel from near, far, or staycation; you can meet filmmakers at screenings or online.  The 2022 Fest will be our most accessible and inclusive edition ever!  Like last season, we’re expecting an international audience looking our way to showcase the best Canadian films of the year.

The in-person component will run March 3-6 and we can’t wait to SEE YOU!  It’s been some time since we’ve said those words.  I’m already looking forward to a Steam Whistle and popcorn in the lobby of The Screening Room, the coziness of The Baby Grand, and the special feeling of entering the front doors of The Isabel!

In the meantime, we’re watching lots of films and are confident that 2022 will be a strong year for Canadian film – we’ll reveal the lineup and go on sale early February.

Missing you all and looking forward to a great KCFF22!
