We’re happy to help! Now that the Festival is up and running, the best place to catch us is at the KCFF Box Office in the first-floor foyer at Screening Room. The KCFF Box Office opens 1 hour before showtime each day. On Friday at 11:30 am, Saturday & Sunday 8:30 am.

If you’d like to purchase tickets in person during the Festival, simply visit one of the box offices at any venue – if there are tickets available, you’ll be able to buy with cash or credit. Our venue box offices can sell tickets for any screening and most special events at the Festival. Tickets will remain on sale until they’re gone – once we’re sold out, we’re sold out!

> If you buy a ticket online, simply print off your ticket and bring it with you to the show or download and display on your phone.
> If a film sells out in advance, it is sold out — no additional tickets will be held or reserved.
> Discounted student tickets are $10 and available in person during the Festival only, starting 15 minutes before showtime with a valid student ID.
The 2019 Festival includes a number of special events including live music, in-person appearances, and performances. Prices and on-sale dates for special events vary and are available online and in some cases at other venues/outlets (please check the specific event listing for details).

Some people prefer the thrill of selecting films on the fly and for these folks, we’re offering a limited number of Rush Passes this year. With a Rush Pass you can grab a ticket from the venue box office starting 15 minutes before showtime (if there are still tickets available).
It’s a bit of a gamble because some shows will sell out in advance. If you’re someone who likes to live on the edge and are okay with last-minute decisions, this is the pass for you!

> If you’d prefer guaranteed seats for specific films please purchase a ticket or Festival Pass.
> Patrons will be admitted into the theatres approximately 45 minutes prior to showtime. We recommend arriving early enough to get settled in and grab a few snacks!
> Tickets will remain on sale online and at the venue box offices until showtime, unless the film is sold out.
> This year, when a film is sold out, we are totally sold out (no other tickets will be released).
> Latecomers will not be admitted after the film has started.
> Passes are non-transferable.
