If you happen to see a gigantic raccoon looming over Market Square, don’t panic! It’s just our pal Conrad, come to visit Kingston after having spent a few years popping up in parks in Toronto. He heard about the Downtown Kingston BIA’s Spirit of Winter: Enchanted showcase and decided he wanted to hang out in the Enchanted Forest for a bit.
