There’s so many lovely patrons to chat with too – after beavering away at our desks for the last few months, it’s great to be able to share these fantastic films with everyone and hear what you all think! Don’t forget to have your official say as well as your anecdotal one – all of our feature films are eligible for the Cogeco People’s Choice Award, and every vote matters. Look for our excellent volunteers in their bright blue shirts after your screenings – they’ll point you towards the ballot boxes where you can cast your vote.
There’s still two days of Fest to come – tomorrow we’ve got our annual Slaight Music Video Program, In Conversation events with Jay Baruchel, Carolyn Taylor, and cast & crew from Murdoch Mysteries, and the always-popular Mix & Mingle. The weather outside looks frightful – you should probably avoid it and come watch movies tomorrow.
