Join special guests Jim Cuddy and Greg Keelor, along with director Dale Heslip for the Closing Film of KCFF25! This vivid and enjoyable documentary takes us on a guided tour through the history of one of the country’s most venerated bands. Trace Blue Rodeo’s journey from the Queen Street clubs where it all began to the grand stages they now claim as their own, four decades later. In between are many peaks and valleys, but those experiences just made them stronger. That’s because the core of Blue Rodeo’s music has always been the deep personal and creative bond that was first forged between Jim Cuddy and Greg Keelor back in high school in North Toronto. Both musicians make for candid and compelling interview subjects as they – along with their bandmates and many others who have come along for the ride — share their memories and their songs in a film that will be savoured by longtime fans and newcomers alike. And stick around after the screening for an in-depth Q&A with the stars!
