The Kingston Canadian Film Festival (KCFF) and Kingston Music Office are excited to announce the participants for the 4th edition of the Slaight Music Video Program. This yearly initiative bridges Kingston’s vibrant film and music communities, pairing local production companies with local musicians to create professional music videos for exhibition at the yearly Festival. The announcement took place during the quarterly Makers Meetup event on October 1st at the Broom Factory.
Eleven film production companies have been paired with some of the city’s top musical talent. The pairings are:

- Josh Lyon with Savannah Shea
- bnice productions with Emilie Steele & The Deal
- Fovea Productions with Good Fortune
- Jamstone Productions with Miss Emily
- Subtle Negative with Luscious
- Happy Kid Productions with The Gertrudes
- JL Creative Agency with The Backsteps
- Little Menace Productions with Kasador
- Rear Gear Productions with Megan Hamilton
- Branded to Film with Manic Sound

The videos will premiere at KCFF25, which runs from February 26 – March 2, 2025. The full Festival lineup will be announced on January 31st, 2025.
