KCFF’s 18 MM Program is a year-long education program offering Kingstonians aged 14-18 the opportunity to create their first films. After months of hard work, this showcase features 9 short films making their PREMIERE at the Festival. Join us to celebrate their passion, tenacity and accomplishments as the first cohort.
