Kevin Hegge’s first full-length doc TRAMPS! is a dizzying collage of the fashion, art, politics, and identities behind the post-punk chameleons of London’s New Romantic movement. It features loads of documentary footage as well as interviews with DJ Princess Julia, promoter Philip Sallon, and stylist Judy Blame, amongst others.
