Details

The Youth Shorts is a selection of short films made by filmmakers in high school. Dealing with a range of themes, including mental illness, cultural identity, memory, and self-discovery, this program offers a glimpse into the next generation of Canadian filmmakers and storytellers. Produced during the pandemic and under the strain of educational budget cuts, these shorts are a testament to the creativity, passion, and perseverance of young filmmakers. I am truly honoured to be sharing them with you!
