Spring has sprung and in Kingston that means the return of the Juvenis Youth Arts Festival!  They’ve teamed up with the Kingston Film Office to present two great opportunities for youth under 30 to learn more about film and tv in 2 upcoming free events.

Juvenis: Arts Career Expo

Sunday, May 2

Thinking about a career in film or TV? The Kingston Film Office in collaboration with Reel Canada is hosting a live info-session on careers in film and television! Tune in Sunday, May 2 at 1:30 pm Eastern for a live conversation with Alexander Henry, an Executive Producer and partner at Alfredo Films.

Alfredo Films is one of Toronto’s few BIPOC-led production companies that represent directors in Canada, the US, Europe and Middle East. Alex credits his experience as a two-time Taekwondo Canadian National Champion and Canadian 2012 Olympic qualifier participant for his dedication and persistence in building Alfredo. Since founding the company in 2017, Alex has produced digital ad campaigns for brands such as Post Malone, Facebook Canada, Starbucks and many more.
