KCFF’18 is here!

KCFF’18 is here!

We’ve been working hard all year and can’t wait to get things underway – the 2018 Kingston Canadian Film Festival is finally here!

MEDITATION PARK plays tonight at the beautiful Isabel Bader Centre Concert Hall, with Vancouver’s Mina Shum (Director) in attendance!  The show starts at 7pm.  As we’ve mentioned, there is parking at The Isabel (for a small fee) or street parking is free on all side streets after 5:30pm.  Or, with this nice weather, maybe it’s just a walk!  Overall, this looks like it could be the warmest KCFF to-date.

Our Festival Passes are no longer available, but there are still great ways to attend KCFF.  You can purchase single tickets or ticket bundles online until 3 hours before showtime.  If our website indicates that single tickets are unavailable for a specific film, that simply means our single ticket allotment has been reached, which represents only a portion of the overall seats.  If this is the case, we recommend entering through our rush line, which is “pay at the door” 15 minutes before showtime, first-come first-served.  Rush line tickets are $15 cash or $10 if you’re a student with valid ID.  So, even if you don’t have a Festival Pass or advance tickets, come on out and try the rush line!

Our staff and volunteers are ready to assist you at all venues, so, please ask questions….or just stop and chat about the movies.

Hope to see you out there!
