Mychael Danna is a Canadian film composer. He is recognized as one of the most versatile and original voices in film music having worked with such acclaimed directors as Atom Egoyan (THE SWEET HEREAFTER), Deepa Mehta (WATER), Joel Schumacher (8MM), Denzel Washington (ANTWONE FISHER) and many others. Mychael recently won both a Golden Globe and an Oscar for Best Original Score for his work on the film Life of Pi.
