Admission to Receptions:

  • Free for VIP/Guest/Sponsor passholders
  • The opening night reception is free for all those attending the opening night film, Big News from Grand Rock
  • VIP/Sponsor/Guest passes will be admitted first to all receptions; if capacity permits, single/rush tickets will be sold.
  • Single/Rush: $15 available at event start time, pending capacity.

reception5Three festival awards will be presented this season: the Eye on Canada People’s Choice Award (best feature, voted by audience), the Steam Whistle Local Home Brew Award (best local short film, voted by jury), and the Youth Shorts Award (best youth short film, voted by jury). All winners receive a cash honorarium, plus other prizes. Come celebrate the best of the Fest!
